Don’t Stir Her Mad

It was a delicious invite!

Here, sit down and write!

You can get it all out with your pen!

If you don’t get it out

Then we can erase it and you can write it again!

Anger is no fool

You can use as a tool

To fend off your subjective attackers today

You can write it all down

Then sit like a clown

Hope for a little soiree.

Anger is quite clever

It is always a tether

Will convince you everyone is wrong

Then dancing along

You’ll still sing your song

But everyone is running away.

So just be glad

You haven’t stirred her mad

So she isn’t writing about you today.

If you get caught in this trap

You’ll have to find a map

Because my dear, it is time to move away.

  1. This is quite entertaining. I remember writing a poem similar to this a couple of years ago… Going something like this…

“Hey!Hey you! Come sit in this chair!
It’s all shiny and new and what’s required… You there!”

I’m quite amused. Thanks for brightening up my day.

      1. Btw my blog is Harbour haha. I don’t use Weekend but haven’t deleted it because I’m worried it might delete stuff on Harbour?
